Scope
This standard specifies the lighting arrangements within residential communities, public activity areas, commercial center areas, and administrative office (industrial) areas within the administrative boundaries of Shanghai City.
This standard applies to the design, installation, and related management work of various types of landscape lighting, including buildings, green spaces and squares, embankments and bridges, water bodies such as rivers and ponds, fountains, advertisements, signs and logos, lighting installations and sculptures, and festival lanterns.
This standard does not apply to functional lighting such as urban roads, elevated roads, and vehicular tunnels within the administrative boundaries of Shanghai City.
