Scope

This standard specifies the normative requirements for the certification of car rental services, including reception services, car rental acceptance, vehicle handover, car usage services, and vehicle return; management requirements involving general and specific requirements; and certification standards, certification models, and certification results related to service certification evaluation.
This standard applies to car rental service certification activities and is also applicable to car rental operators who wish to standardize their service activities.
