Scope

This standard applies to all polluters (including polluting units and individual businesses) discharging air pollutants in the second-class areas within the jurisdiction of Xiamen City. The industry emission standards covered by this standard shall not be implemented concurrently with existing national or local air pollutant emission standards. They should be implemented strictly in accordance with the applicable scope of the industry. For other industries (except those covered by this standard) with national or local emission standards, they shall be implemented in accordance with the national or local emission standards.
