Scope

主要技术内容:本方法是针对中药材中克百威残留的检测，选取克百威农药残留风险高的代表性中药材作为适用基质，主要有枸杞、薄荷、山银花、党参和当归。《食品快速检测方法评价技术规范》（食药监办科[2017]43 号）规定，最低检出水平（检出限）设置对于存在国家标准限值规定的物质应小于或等于限值规定。因此本方法的检测性能（定性限）根据《中国药典》2020年版第四部，0212 药材和饮片检定通则中的定量限设定，枸杞、薄荷、山银花、党参和当归检出限为0.05mg/kg。本研究空白样品来源于京东网购物平台购买和农贸市场样品，经参比方法确证不含克百威的枸杞、薄荷、山银花、党参和当归作为阴性空白基质。阳性样品为通过在空白样品中直接加入适量标准物质得到的含有一定浓度目标物的加标样品.
