Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, design, and construction of the trade metering systems for newly built and expanded natural gas metering stations, as well as the technical requirements for heat value measurement, reliability and calibration, commissioning and trial operation, acceptance, operation, and maintenance. This document applies to trade metering systems for natural gas metering stations with a design throughput capacity of not less than 100 m3/h (under standard reference conditions) and an operating pressure of not less than 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure).
