Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of malleable cast iron pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as "fittings").
This standard applies to fittings used for connecting pipes on general pipelines with a nominal size (DN) of 6 to 150 for transporting water, oil, air, gas, and steam. They are designed to be connected to threads specified and compliant with the requirements of GB/T 7306.1 or GB/T 7306.2.
