Scope
本指导性技术文件给出了适合纳米材料的体外、体内毒理学和生态毒理筛选试验的方法。这些方法有助于纳米材料毒理学包括生态毒理学的筛选。本指导性技术文件的毒理学筛选试验可用于研究和产品研发的早期判定，对其潜在毒理学/安全性风险做出快速反馈，或者进行初步的评价。本指导性技术文件可分为与人类健康相关的和与环境相关的毒理学筛选方法。筛选试验是指相对简单和廉价的方法，容易进行且可提供纳米材料对人类和环境是否具有潜在负效应的相应指征。
