Scope
This document specifies the principles and processes, technical requirements, testing, operating systems, and energy-saving evaluations of high-temperature top-fired hot blast stoves used in blast furnaces. This document is applicable to the design, installation, and commissioning of high-temperature top-fired hot blast stoves (referred to as top-fired hot blast stoves) for new construction, expansion, or renovation of blast furnaces in steel enterprises.
