Scope
GB/T 18779的本部分规定了评估检测值不确定度的概念及术语。在GPS指示式测量仪器的检验检测中，根据机构间达成的检测协议，通过仪器得到检测值。
注： 检测值不确定度与测量工件时由指示式测量仪器引起的测量不确定度是不同的。GB/T 18779的本部分中仅涉及前者。后者参见JJF 1059.1和GB/T 18779.2。
当指示式测量仪器的检验包含了多个检测值时，有些与仪器示值有关，另一些与其他计量特性有关，GB/T 18779的本部分仅涉及前者。
本部分规定了检测协议确定后如何评估检测值不确定度，不涉及规定检测协议的适用性。
本部分适用于GPS通用标准(见GB/T 20308)中涉及指示式测量仪器的所有规范。
