Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation principles, and calculation methods for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of ship repair units, as well as energy-saving management and measures.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of ship repair units in civilian steel ship manufacturing enterprises with general shipbuilding processes (including steel processing, cutting and blanking, small, medium, and large assembly, comprehensive outfitting, mooring trials, and navigation trials), as well as the energy consumption control of new and modified/expanded projects.
This standard does not apply to large luxury ocean-going passenger ships (cruise ships).
