Scope

This standard specifies the method of determination of deoxynivalenol content in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification and high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of deoxynivalenol content in grains and grain products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products.
The detection limits of the method specified in this standard are: the detection limit for grains and grain products is 0.5 mg/kg, the detection limit for alcoholic beverages is 0.1 mg/kg, and the detection limit for soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauce products is 0.1 mg/kg.
