Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for deoxynivalenol and its acetylated derivatives in food.
Method 1 is the isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method, which is suitable for the determination of deoxynivalenol, 3-acetyl deoxynivalenol, and 15-acetyl deoxynivalenol in grains and their products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces.
Method 2 is the immunoaffinity chromatography purification high-performance liquid chromatography method, which is suitable for the determination of deoxynivalenol in grains and their products, alcoholic beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces.
Method 3 is the thin-layer chromatography determination method.
Method 4 is the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay screening method, which is suitable for the determination of deoxynivalenol in grains and their products.
