Scope
This standard stipulates the general principles of safety management, comprehensive safety management, production process management, equipment and facility management, workplace management, transportation and storage management, testing and destruction management, as well as requirements for emergency rescue plans and accident reporting for enterprises engaged in the production and sale of civilian explosive materials (referred to as civilian explosive materials).
This standard applies to the safety management of enterprises engaged in the production and sale of civilian explosive materials. Research and testing units for civilian explosive materials may refer to and implement it accordingly.
