本文件根据GB/T 17421.1—2023和GB/T 17421.7—2016规定了普通精度的数控立式车床和车削中心的几何精度检验要求和方法及相应的公差。
本文件解释了数控立式车床和车削中心的不同概念、不同配置及通用特点,并提供了控制轴的术语和名称(见图1、图2和表1)。
本文件仅适用于机床的精度检验,它不适用于机床的运转检验(如机床的振动、异常的噪声、部件的爬行等检验)及机床的特性检验(如速度、进给量),未涉及到的机床几何精度检验在GB/T 16462的其他部分。
