Scope

本文件规定了普通照明用放电灯(荧光灯除外)的安全要求。
本文件适用于低压钠灯和高强度放电灯(HID)即高压汞灯(包括混合灯)、高压钠灯和金属卤化物灯。本文件对单端灯和双端灯均适用，附录A列出了所用灯头型号。
本文件只涉及安全要求，不包括性能要求。性能要求见IEC 60188、IEC 60192、IEC 60662、IEC 61167和IEC 61549。
符合本文件的灯在配以相应镇流器、启动装置和灯具的情况下在90%～110%的额定电源电压下安全地工作，其中镇流器按照IEC 61347-2-9和IEC 60923的要求，启动装置按照IEC 61347-2-1和IEC 60927的要求，灯具按照GB/T 7000.1的要求。
