Scope
本指导性技术文件给出了主要辐射能量在可见光范围（380 nm~780 nm）内的所有照明产品的蓝光危害评价的说明和指导，通过光学和光谱计算，得到GB/T 20145所描述的光生物安全测量告诉我们的产品信息，以及，如果该产品旨在成为更高层级照明产品的元件，可得到如何将这个信息从元件（例如LED封装、LED模块或灯）传递到更高层级的照明产品（例如灯具）的方法。
附录C给出了有助于一致性地应用GB/T 20145评价光源和灯具的蓝光危害的建议的总结。
注： 预计HID和LED产品的安全标准将会参考本指导性技术文件。
