Scope
本文件规定了电信线路遭受强电线路危险影响时，电信线路上的危险电压及流经人体的危险电流容许值。
本文件适用于各种类型的交流电力线和交流电气化铁道接触网等强电线路，在下列状态或条件下对邻近电信线路可能产生危险影响的情况：
a)强电线路故障状态：
——三相对称中性点直接接地的电力线一相短路接地；
——三相对称中性点不直接接地的电力线一相短路接地；
——三相对称中性点不直接接地的电力线两相在不同地点同时短路接地；
——交流电气铁道接触网导线短路接地；
——其他不对称电力线导线短路接地。
b)强电线路正常运行状态：
——交流电气铁道接触网线路正常运行；
——其他不对称电力线正常运行。
