Scope

This part of GB/T 12668 specifies the general method for energy efficiency standards for all extended products that use the extended product method (EPA).
The committee for the drive equipment of motor systems (referred to as extended products) can calculate the system energy efficiency of the entire application by the relative loss of the connected motor system (e.g., electric drive system).
The system energy efficiency is calculated based on specific models such as the speed/load curve, the working mode, and the relative loss at the corresponding torque-speed operating point.
