Scope
GB/T 20833的本部分规定了旋转电机绕组绝缘离线局部放电测量的通用基础规范：
——测量方法和仪器；
——试验回路的布置；
——试验规程的标准化；
——噪声的降低；
——试验结果文件编制；
——试验结果评价。
本部分中描述的试验方法适用于槽部有或无防晕层电机的定子绕组，以及采用成型绕组或散绕绕组制造的电机定子绕组。在特殊情况下，本部分也适用于高压电机转子励磁绕组。测量方法适用于频率为0.1 Hz~400 Hz的正弦交流电压下试验。参见附录A。
本部分给出的解释指南只有满足下述要求时适用：
——在50 Hz/60 Hz工频下或在45 Hz～65 Hz的电源频率范围内进行测量；
——成型绕组及绕组组件，如线棒及线圈；
——带有槽部防晕结构的绕组，通常对额定电压6 kV及以上的电机有效。
对于散绕绕组电机，无槽部防晕层的成型绕组，以及非工频下的试验，解释指南不适用。本部分离线局部放电测量规程可用于评估制造质量的一致性或该类绕组的趋势，变频电机绕组也同样适用。
注：Ⅰ型绝缘结构低压电机测试的规定见IEC 60034-18-41。Ⅱ型绝缘结构高压变频电机的鉴定试验规程见IEC 60034-18-42（不包括可选测试部分）。
