Scope
In order to standardize the assessment work of safety management personnel and operators of pressure vessels and ensure the safe operation of pressure vessels, this outline is formulated in accordance with the "Supervision and Management Measures for Special Equipment Operators", "Assessment Rules for Special Equipment Operators" and other regulations. Safety management personnel and operators of pressure vessels refer to personnel engaged in the safety technology, safety management, and direct operation of pressure vessels in units using pressure vessels within the scope stipulated by the "Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment". The consequences of their management and operation behaviors may affect the safe operation of pressure vessels. The assessment of personnel engaged in pressurized sealing operations shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the "Assessment Outline for Pressurized Sealing Operators of Pressure Vessels and Pipelines" (TSG R6003-2006). Among simple pressure vessels, mobile air compressors store air in tanks (GB/T 2458) and the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China (1995).
