Scope

本规则适用于符合《特种设备安全监察条例》适用范围，并且在中华人民共和国境内使用的气瓶（含进口气瓶）。新开发的气瓶或者制造单位首次制造的气瓶应当按本规则的要求进行型式试验。本规则不适用于气瓶阀门及安全泄放装置等气瓶附件的型式试验，但是相关标准要求气瓶进行型式试验时，需要装配阀门及其安全泄放装置等气瓶附件的，应当符合相关标准的要求。以下情况之一的，需要重新进行型式试验：（一）改变原设计，并且按照《气瓶设计文件鉴定规则》视为新设计的；（二）同一制造工艺制造的同一品种气瓶，制造中断6个月，又重
