Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the installation and design of on-site instrumentation in petrochemical enterprises, excluding wires, cables, compensating conductors, instrumentation insulation, heating, and indoor instrumentation in control rooms, as well as the installation and design of analytical instrumentation and safety and control systems. This standard applies to the installation and design of on-site instrumentation in new, expanded, and renovated projects of petrochemical plants and factories that use coal as a raw material to produce fuels and chemical products.
