Scope
This standard specifies the electrical characteristics and nuclear radiation performance measurement methods of charged particle semiconductor detectors, as well as the testing methods in certain special environments.
This standard is applicable to semiconductor detectors with a partially depleted layer of charged particles.
The measurement of fully depleted semiconductor detectors can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
