GB/T 32019-2015 Implementation guidance for energy management systems in public institutions

Scope

This standard provides systematic guidance for public institutions to establish, implement, maintain, and improve their energy management systems.
This standard applies to national government agencies (including party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, etc.), public institutions (including public institutions directly under national government agencies and all or part of the education, science and technology, culture, health, sports and other related public welfare industries and public institutions that use fiscal funds), group organizations (all or part of the social groups and related organizations such as workers', youth, and women's groups that use fiscal funds), etc. Other relevant institutions can refer to and use it for reference.
