Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements and document requirements for sprout production enterprises to establish and implement the HACCP system, good manufacturing practices (GMP), sanitary standard operating procedures (SSOP), standard operating procedures (SOP), requirements for the inspection of harmful microorganisms, and the establishment procedures of the HACCP system.
This standard applies to the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the HACCP system in sprout production enterprises.
