Scope

This document provides guidance on managing psychosocial risks in an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system based on GB/T 45001. It enables organizations to prevent work-related injuries and health hazards to their employees and other stakeholders, and promote a comfortable working environment. This document is applicable to organizations of all sizes and industries for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a healthy and safe workplace. Note: The term "employees" in this document always includes employee representatives (if any). In China, "employees" and "workers" are synonymous.
