GB/T 13929-2024 Water ring vacuum pumps and compressors—Testing method

Scope

This document describes the test methods, measurements, and calculations of isothermal compression efficiency for water-ring vacuum pumps and water-ring compressors (hereinafter collectively referred to as pumps), the conversion methods for test results, and specifies performance curves, measurement uncertainties, performance tolerances, and the content of test reports. This document applies to pumps without any piping accessories, as well as pump assemblies connected to all or some upstream and/or downstream piping accessories. This document is applicable to pump tests using water as the working fluid and ambient air as the test medium. When testing with liquids other than water as the working fluid, refer to the relevant guidelines for use.
