GB/T 20340.1-2024 Agricultural trailers and trailed equipment—Drawbar jacks—Part 1:Design safety, test methods and acceptance criteria

Scope

This document specifies the manufacturing requirements and acceptance conditions for telescopic mechanical screw jacks and hydraulic jacks used as original equipment and replacement equipment installed on the traction frames of general traction equipment, and describes the performance test methods. In addition, this document also stipulates the minimum identification and usage information that jack manufacturers must provide. These jacks are specifically designed for: — Supporting the attachment points of machinery during storage; — Raising and lowering the traction frames of machinery to facilitate connecting or disconnecting from agricultural tractors; — Leveling fixed machinery. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of telescopic mechanical screw jacks and hydraulic jacks installed on the traction frames of general traction equipment as original equipment and replacement equipment. Note: In this document, "general traction machinery" is referred to as "machinery" hereafter.
