GB/T 32590.3-2024 Railway applications—Suburban railway and urban guided transport management and command/control systems—Part 3:System requirements specifications

Scope

This document specifies the system architecture of urban rail transit and urban (suburban) railway passenger transportation lines and networks that adopt communication-based train control system technology, based on GB/T 32590.1 and GB/T 32590.2. It also allocates the functions and requirements of various UGTMS devices defined in GB/T 32590.2, applicable to urban rail transit and urban (suburban) railway passenger transportation lines and networks that adopt communication-based train control system technology. This document applies to the following technical applications: continuous data communication; continuous monitoring of train movement through train protection mode curves; train positioning using on-board UGTMS devices (reporting trains), and optional use of external ground (and optional on-board) devices. This document does not apply to existing command and control systems or projects implemented before the effective date of this document. According to the mandatory/optional functions and requirements defined in GB/T 32590.2, the UGTMS subsystem functions are allocated as mandatory (forming a core system) or optional. This document is used as the basis for defining FIS and FFFIS, and for specific applications, additional elements are added to meet the requirements of additional functions and devices.
