本文件规定了设备受到主要来自下述场所的脉冲磁场骚扰的抗扰度要求、试验方法和推荐的试验等级范围：
——工业设施；
——发电厂；
——铁路设施；
——中压和高压变电站。
本文件对安装在不同位置的设备的适用性，是由第4章中所述的现象而决定的。
本文件不考虑在现场设施的电缆或其他部分中的容性和感性耦合而引起的骚扰。与此有关的传导骚扰在其他标准中考虑。
本文件的目的是建立一个通用准则，以评估电气和电子设备在脉冲磁场下的抗扰度。本文件规定的试验方法描述了评估设备或系统对定义的电磁现象的抗扰度的一致方法。
