This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance provisions, and delivery preparations for a lithium battery (primary lithium battery) with a flat casing, namely, the primary lithium battery flat glass-metal sealed cover (hereinafter referred to as the cover). This specification is applicable to the covers of primary lithium batteries of the chlorosulfonic acid type, including two models: LB10.9BW and LB23.14BY.
