Scope
This regulation applies to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of the speed measurement performance of vehicle ground-sensing coil speed measurement systems (hereinafter referred to as ground-sensing coil speed measurement systems) that are fixedly installed on roads and used to measure the speed of motor vehicles through a set of ground-sensing coils.
