Abstract
This document stipulates the basic requirements for after-sales service of no-reason return, the requirements for operators, the conditions for return, the return process, and service supervision and evaluation.
This document applies to the no-reason return service for goods purchased through non-on-site sales (online, TV, telephone, mail order, etc.) and on-site sales.
This document does not apply to the no-reason return service for intangible goods.
