Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the activity of trypsin inhibitors in soybean products. The activity of trypsin inhibitors can be used to indicate the degree of roasting of soybean products. This standard is applicable to the determination of trypsin inhibitor activity in soybean products. The detection limit of this method is 0.5 mg/g.
