Abstract
This document specifies the basic requirements, service content, service implementation, and service evaluation and improvement for after-sales services of industrial products.
This document is applicable to the preparation and implementation of after-sales service documents for industrial enterprises, as well as after-sales service activities.
Note 1: In this document, "industrial products" refer to products used in the production process, corresponding to consumer goods. Examples include instruments and meters, mechanical equipment, and labor protection equipment.
Note 2: For after-sales services of consumer goods, please refer to the content of GB/T 18760.
