Abstract
This standard specifies the general requirements for the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system in food production enterprises, enabling them to provide safe food that meets legal and regulatory requirements and customer demands.
This standard applies to the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the HACCP system in food production (including catering) enterprises, including the procurement, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation of raw materials and food packaging materials.
