Abstract
This standard specifies a sensory analysis method for arranging a series of samples to be inspected in order of their specific characteristics or overall impressions. This standard is applicable to evaluating the differences between samples, such as the intensity of one or more sensory characteristics of the samples, or the overall impression of the samples by the evaluators. This method can be used to identify whether there are differences between samples, but it cannot determine the degree of these differences.
