Abstract
This standard specifies the test method for the base phosphorus content in polycrystalline silicon. This standard is applicable to the determination of the base phosphorus content (in atoms) in polycrystalline silicon rods grown on silicon cores, with a measurement range of 0.01×1013 cm-3 to 500×1013 cm-3.
