Abstract
This standard specifies the product classification and marking, operating conditions, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of gallium nitride laser stripping equipment (hereinafter referred to as "laser stripping equipment").
This standard applies to equipment that uses laser methods to strip off the gallium nitride (GaN)-based epitaxial layers grown on sapphire substrates. Aluminum nitride laser stripping equipment can refer to this standard.
