GB 39752-2024 Safety requirements of electric vehicle conductive supply equipment

Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for electric vehicle power supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as "power supply equipment"), establishes general test principles, and describes the corresponding test methods.
Note: For independent electrical accessories and auxiliary materials (such as connection devices, cables, insulating materials, etc.) of power supply equipment, they need to be used in conjunction with this document according to specific product standards.
This document applies to all types of power supply equipment with a rated output voltage of 1,000 V AC or 1,500 V DC and below, including power supply equipment of Models 2, 3, and 4.
This document does not cover the following content:
—— Function and performance requirements of power supply equipment that are not related to safety;
—— Information security requirements;
—— Safety requirements related to transportation packaging and improper use;
—— Safety requirements caused by intentional damage and other purposeful actions;
—— Safety requirements for power supply equipment with discharge function;
—— Safety requirements for power supply equipment with automatic charging and top-contact charging functions.
