GB/T 39752-2021 Safety requirements and test specifications of electric vehicle conductive supply equipment

Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements, test guidelines, and test methods for electric vehicle power supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as "power supply equipment").
This standard applies to all types of power supply equipment with a rated output voltage of 1,000 V AC or 1,500 V DC and below, including power supply equipment for charging modes 2, 3, and 4. It also applies to power supply equipment that is not used for public purposes or under special conditions (such as explosion-proof, liquid-cooled, or used in high altitude areas above 2,000 m), which requires compliance with the requirements of relevant standards.
For independent electrical accessories and auxiliary materials of power supply equipment (such as connection devices, cables, insulation materials, etc.), they need to be used in conjunction with this standard according to the specific product standards.
This standard addresses the serious damage to equipment and major personal harm caused by electric shock hazards, energy hazards, mechanical hazards, high-temperature hazards, fire spread hazards, sound pressure hazards, and uncontrolled hazards when power supply equipment is used in accordance with the correct operating procedures but may occur operational errors.
This standard does not cover the following:
—— Safety requirements related to transportation packaging, improper installation, and application;
—— Electromagnetic compatibility requirements;
—— Information security requirements;
—— Safety issues caused by intentional damage and other deliberate acts;
—— Other functional and performance requirements unrelated to safety.
