Scope

1.0.1 In order to strengthen the management of urban drainage pipe maintenance, standardize the safety management and technical operations of drainage pipe maintenance, improve the level of safety technology, and ensure the safety and health of drainage pipe maintenance personnel, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the safe maintenance operations of urban drainage pipes and their ancillary structures. 1.0.3 These regulations stipulate the basic technical requirements for safe maintenance operations of urban drainage pipes and ancillary structures. When these regulations conflict with the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations shall prevail. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these regulations, urban drainage pipe maintenance operations shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards currently in force.
