Scope

1.0.1 These regulations are formulated to ensure the safety and hygiene of urban water supply and safeguard the public interest, and to improve the construction quality and management level of secondary water supply projects. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the design, construction, installation and commissioning, acceptance, facility maintenance, and safe operation management of secondary drinking water supply projects in new, expanded, and renovated civil and industrial buildings in urban areas. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, the construction and management of secondary water supply projects shall also comply with the current relevant national standards.
