GB/Z 37551.300-2026 Marine energy—Wave,tidal and other water current converters—Part 300:Power performance assessment of electricity producing river energy converters

Scope

This document describes a systematic method for evaluating the power generation performance of river energy conversion devices (RECs), defines the rated power and rated flow velocity of RECs, describes the method of drawing the power curve of RECs, and specifies the requirements for reporting results.
This document is not applicable to:
a) RECs that provide other forms of energy besides electricity, unless this energy form is an intermediate stage in the conversion of river energy into electricity;
b) Resource assessment, which is separately specified in GB/Z 43465-2023;
c) Scaling down any measurements or results;
d) Power quality;
e) Other performance characteristics besides power characteristics and power generation performance;
f) The combined effects of multiple arrays of river energy conversion devices.
