Scope
This document specifies the test items, quantities, and pass/fail criteria for type testing, sampling testing, and routine testing of power fittings. This document applies to power fittings (hereinafter referred to as "fittings") used in AC and DC overhead power lines with voltages of 10 kV and above, as well as in substations (converter stations) and power plant distribution equipment.
