Scope

This standard specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for the regular inspection and evaluation of portable wrapped cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "gas cylinders").
This standard applies to the regular inspection and evaluation of portable wrapped cylinders designed and manufactured for a nominal working pressure of 15 MPa to 20 MPa, a nominal water volume of 0.5 L to 20 L, and an operating temperature of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃, which are used to contain air, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, nitrogen, and such mixed gases, nitrous oxide, etc.
