GB/T 25915.3-2024 Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments—Part 3:Test methods

Scope

This document specifies the testing methods to support the operation of cleanrooms and clean areas, in order to meet air cleanliness levels, other cleanliness attributes, and related control conditions. The performance testing is applicable to unidirectional flow and non-unidirectional flow types of cleanrooms and clean areas in any of the three occupancy states: empty, static, and dynamic. This document recommends testing instruments and procedures for determining performance parameters. Certain testing methods are limited by the type of cleanroom or clean area, for which this document recommends several alternative methods. To meet the requirements of different users, this document recommends several different methods and instruments for certain testing items. If agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer, other alternative methods not described in this document may also be used. Alternative methods may not yield the same measurement results. This document is not applicable to measuring products or processes within cleanrooms or isolation devices. Note: This document does not address safety precautions related to its use (e.g., involving hazardous materials, operations, or equipment). It is the responsibility of the users of this document to establish appropriate safety and health measures before use and to determine the applicability of regulatory restrictions.
