GB/T 25915.1-2010 Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments—Part 1:Classification of air cleanliness
Basic Information
Scope
This part of B/T 25915 classifies the air cleanliness levels of cleanrooms and related controlled environments solely based on the concentration of airborne particles within them. This concentration refers to the total number of particles with a diameter greater than or equal to the threshold (lower limit) diameter, with the specified threshold (lower limit) diameter ranging from 0.1 μm to 5 μm.
This part does not establish cleanliness levels for the total number of particles outside the specified particle diameter range of 0.1 μm to 5 μm. However, the U descriptor and M descriptor can be used to describe the total number of ultrafine particles (<0.1 μm) and large particles (>5 μm), respectively.
This part cannot be used to describe the physical, chemical, radioactive, or survival characteristics of airborne particles.
Note: The actual distribution of particles with a diameter greater than or equal to a certain value is generally difficult to predict and typically changes over time.
