Scope
This document specifies the common nominal dimensions and markings of the following bonded abrasives, in millimeters:
—— Type 41: Flat-shaped cutting wheels;
—— Type 42: Cymbal-shaped cutting wheels.
The bonded abrasives specified in this document are suitable for cutting any workpiece using fixed or portable cutting machines, including manual and mechanical operation. During manual operation, the workpiece is firmly clamped or fixed by its own weight, and the cutting wheel is manually operated by the operator.
