GB/T 6109.17-2025 Enamelled round winding wire—Part 17:Solderable polyesterimide enamelled round copper wire,class 180,with a bonding layer

Scope

This document specifies the requirements for 180-grade self-adhesive direct-welding enameled copper wires with a double enamel layer. The inner enamel layer is based on polyester imide resin. If the chemical properties of the original resin can be preserved and all the requirements specified for this enameled wire are met, the resin can be modified. The surface enamel layer is a self-adhesive layer based on thermoplastic resin. Note: A modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its performance or usage characteristics. The nominal diameter range of the conductors specified in this document is: - Class 1B: 0.020 mm and above to 1.600 mm and below; - Class 2B: 0.020 mm and above to 1.600 mm and below. The nominal diameter of the conductors shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1—2025.
